Enhancement With Eyeshadow
Most of the women get fascinated with glamorous actresses. They always wish they could be as beautiful as these actresses are. But they never know how to do it. Makeup plays a really important role enhancing your beauty, and eyeshadow have always been a very important part of any makeup kit. The very first step towards making your eyes look gorgeous is to select the proper shade of eyeshadow that you will be applying to your eyes. This color combination is different for different types of women. For example – African women will need a different color than the color which is needed for Asian women to look their best. You should also have to choose which type of eyeshadow you want to apply. Creamy eyeshadow look better on mature women. The reason simply is that these types of eyeshadow are less likely to accentuate any wrinkle or the crease. You can find a number of varieties of creamy eyeshadow available to you in most of your local department stores.
Before you apply any makeup you need a base, and when applying eyeshadow you will need a primer. This protects the eyeshadow, and extends the time before it begins to crease. Primer also prevents the moisture and oils of the skin to penetrate into the eyeshadow. Moisture causes the shadow to crease and melt. A good primer needs a few touch-ups. Whenever you use eyeshadow of more than one color, make sure that you use different shades of the same color or shades which, can blend together easily. This gives your eyes a coherent look rather than different colors fighting with each other over the spotlight on your face.
Let’s take a situation where you want to use three different shades. You should start with the lightest shade, applying it near the eyebrow. After that use a medium shade and apply it on the eyelid. Use a brush or your finger to blend these two shades. Now use the darkest color in the crease. It adds depth. Now again use a brush or your finger to blend it in other two shades. On green eyes – mossy green, gold, coral, brown or taupe shade suits well. If your eyes are brown, you should select some shades in brown, copper, coral, pink or beige. Similarly shades like silver, violet and blue look good on blue eyes. Once you select the shade that suits your eyes best, you can enjoy and see that you can enhance your beauty by just using eyeshadow.
